Adrian Gonzalez is a telecommunications engineer with an MBA who works as a business consultant and life mentor. After co-founding several companies, he experienced firsthand the challenges of managing stressful days.

To  counteract  this, Adrian spent a decade developing a new concept—a mix of skills, habits, and disciplines—discovering that by performing them during the morning, one can start the day with renewed energy, clarity, and purpose. He founded this concept as Morning Zen, the ultimate morning routine, which anyone can choose to follow.

 So far, his method has helped managers, CEOs, and businessmen facing difficult times such as bankruptcies, separations, and life plateaus to find a happier balance in their lives and shift their mindset, thanks to Morning Zen.
